Clubhouse Rental Information
Max Capacity: 50 Persons
Air conditioned furnished facility, full kitchen, 6 tables and 53 chairs (NO POOL OR OUTSIDE RECREATIONS)

Reservation Times
Saturday & Sunday 11am to 3pm or 5pm to 9pm
*You are given a 1 hour set up time prior to reservation time and a 1/2 clean up time at the end of the reservation time.


Fees
$250.00 Security Deposit
$150.00 Rental Fee (Not Refundable) - 4 Hours
$50.00 each additional hour up to 2 hours

**A $100.00 Cancellation fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit if event is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice from event date.

All fees must be paid when reservation is made by personal check or money order. LEASEES REQUIRED TO PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER AND MUST SHOW LEASE AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION. No commercial checks will be accepted and ID Cards/Kontrol Kards must be shown at time reservation is made.
All checks for rental fee and deposits will be deposited immediately.
Security deposit will be refunded within 30-35 business days from the date of the event, if there is no damage.

Below are some of the rules. Please review the reservation contract for further information.
-Only Hammocks residents may rent the facility.
-No admission fee may be charged at any party.
-No food or beverages may be sold.
-All guests must be by invitation only.
-No flyers may be distributed.
-No cooking or grilling.
-No holiday rentals.

The Public Safety Department is currently stationed at the inner office located inside the clubhouse.Public Safety Officers utilize the office 24 hours, 7 days per week. Shift changes occur at 3pm. The Public Safety staff will be considerate in walking in or out of the office when necessary and more than likely will not be seen or interupt your event at all.

The pool attendent staff utilizes the kitchen cabinet for time clocking entry and exit from shift duty. Please allow attendent staff access during usage.

If either of these two activities will interrupt your usage or cause any concern, please schedule your event at the main clubhouse.
